Unfortunately as of the 1st of February 2020 we will no longer be providing Roland Support. For all of your servicing needs please call their support line on 02 9975 0000. You can also go online HERE and lodge a Support Request. If you require further information regarding this please reach out via email HERE and we will do our best to assist you.

COVID-19 Update

Due to the current COVID-19 travel restrictions Roland support teams are no longer able to travel interstate. Furthermore they are focusing on essential beak fix service only. You are still requested to book your request online, however there will be limitations. To minimise contact, as per current guidelines, some preventative maintenance may be delayed. This will NOT effect your warranty.

Due to those travel restrictions Central Business Equipment will be conducting those service calls. You will still need to lodge your Service Request direct with Roland by visiting thew website Here

We hope that during this difficult time Roland customers are able to continue to operate as normal, however we understand that there may be some adjustments that will need to be made to your current operations. To support you should you require to close your operations for a period of time, we would like to remind you of the correct procedures for extended periods of non-use of your Roland printers.
